1) Technical advisory & permitting

End-to-end regulatory and engineering guidance for investors who retain their own EPC, with Aurora Energy responsible for grid access and permits.

  • Land & title due diligence (technical, cadastral, constraints) with a risk register;
  • Feasibility pack: layout & GCR, single-line diagram, yield estimate, CAPEX/OPEX model;
  • Grid Connection Request (Richiesta di Connessione) to e-Distribuzione and management up to the official Preventivo di Connessione (connection offer);
  • PAS (Procedura Abilitativa Semplificata) dossier and, if required, VIA; landscape photomontage; stakeholder coordination (Comune / Regione / Soprintendenza / Genio Civile);
  • Deliverables: technical report, drawings, application receipts, protocol IDs, and official responses.

2) Equipment supply — powered by Aurora Trade

International sourcing with EU conformity and door-to-door delivery anywhere in Italy. Factory audits, CE/IEC checks, ocean freight and customs handled by Aurora Trade.

  • PV modules (TOPCon/HJT, bifacial) — IEC 61215/61730, factory-audit report;
  • Inverters (string/central) — CEI 0-16 / 0-21 compliance statements;
  • MV/LV cabins, transformers, protection & metering panels;
  • Mounting systems (fixed / single-axis tracker) with structural calcs.
  • DC/AC cabling, connectors, combiner/string boxes, surge & earthing;
  • SCADA/monitoring, gateways, meters, data-logger integration;
  • Security (CCTV, fencing, access control) and site signage;
  • Incoterms 2020 & warranties (warranty files, spare-parts list).
Documentation pack: CoC/DoC, test reports, serial lists, packing lists, CMR/BL, customs clearance.

3) Turnkey solar plant (EPC)

Single counterparty from engineering to energization. Includes grid-connection works and GSE onboarding for revenue-model activation.

  • Engineering & permitting (PAS / VIA as applicable) and full grid-access workflow through to connection;
  • Procurement via Aurora Trade with QA/QC at source;
  • Civil & electrical works, MV/LV cabins, 20 kV overhead/underground line;
  • Factory & site tests, conformity to CEI 0-16 / 0-21 and CEI EN 50549;
  • Synchronization & energization with e-Distribuzione; GSE registration (Ritiro Dedicato / PPA / autoconsumption or CER);
  • Handover: As-Built set, O&M plan, spares, commissioning protocol, safety file.
Options: performance guarantees (PR/availability), liquidated damages, revenue-metering setup with aggregator.
