1) Global sourcing & technical compliance – powered by Aurora Trade

• Selection and qualification of Tier-1 manufacturers (modules, inverters, MV/LV cabins, storage systems);
• Verification of compliance with CE, IEC 61215 / 61730, UN 38.3 and CEI EN 50549 standards;
• On-site factory audits and performance testing;
• Commercial negotiation and execution of international supply contracts (Incoterms 2020);
• Door-to-door logistics: consolidation, maritime transport, customs clearance and delivery to the construction site.

2) Site identification & feasibility assessment

• Technical, environmental and urban-planning analysis (solar irradiation, slope, hydrology, landscape constraints);
• Legal and cadastral due diligence for purchase or lease agreements;
• Grid-capacity verification and identification of feasible 20 kV connection points;
• Preparation and submission of the Grid Connection Request (Richiesta di Connessione) to e-Distribuzione, managing the entire process until issuance of the official Preventivo di Connessione.

3) Engineering & permitting

• Preliminary and executive design with single-line diagrams, site layout and geotechnical integration;
• Topographic surveys and visual-impact simulations (photomontaggi);
• Calculation of Ground Coverage Ratio (GCR), structure sizing and electrical cabling plan;
• Preparation and submission of the PAS – Procedura Abilitativa Semplificata in accordance with D.Lgs 28/2011 and D.Lgs 190/2024 (abolition of DILA);
• Coordination with all competent authorities and management of the Conferenza dei Servizi until final Construction and Operation Authorization;
• Support for cases requiring VIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) or Autorizzazione Unica.

4) EPC – Engineering, Procurement & Construction

• Installation of fixed-tilt or single-axis tracker structures with precision alignment;
• Mounting of bifacial PV modules and optimized DC/AC interconnection;
• Construction of MV/LV substations, transformers and 20 kV overhead or underground lines;
• Electrical testing and conformity to CEI 0-16 / CEI 0-21 and ARERA technical requirements;
• Commissioning, functional verification and delivery of the complete “As Built” documentation package.

5) Grid connection & GSE integration

• Coordination with e-Distribuzione and TERNA for inspections and connection works;
• Synchronization and energization tests under operator supervision;
• GSE registration and configuration of the commercial model: Ritiro Dedicato, participation in the new FER-X scheme or long-term PPA;
• Integration into Energy Communities (CER) for collective self-consumption where applicable;
• Activation of metering systems, TERNA registration and delivery of the fully operational photovoltaic asset.

6) Operation, maintenance & performance optimization

• SCADA remote monitoring with real-time analytics of PR, availability and losses;
• Preventive and corrective maintenance, including vegetation control and module cleaning;
• Annual electrical-safety inspections in compliance with CEI standards;
• Data reporting and lifecycle optimization to maximize long-term asset value.

7) Agrivoltaic & energy-storage solutions

• Design of agrivoltaic systems compliant with the Sicilian regional guidelines (13 Feb 2025), preserving agricultural productivity with ≤ 40 % shading;
• Integration of LFP battery storage systems (CE / IEC 62619 / UN 38.3 certified) for self-consumption and grid support;
• Assistance with FER-X and Credito d’Imposta PMI FER incentives and regional funding programs.
